Data we process

• Account data: name, email, language preference.
• Wellness inputs you submit: check-ins, goals, measurements, photos.
• Interactions with Aura, our AI concierge.
• Order and subscription information related to Aura supplements.

Why we process it

• Provide the personalised protocols and coaching you request.
• Enable safe escalation to human nutritionists and administrators.
• Meet legal obligations (invoicing, tax, pharmacovigilance-adjacent duties).

Your rights (EU / EEA)

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection at any time by writing to privacy@gallihealth.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep clinical and check-in data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable health-record and tax legislation. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be kept longer.
